OpEx is Strategic
An article I’d just written entitled “Opex as Investment: How to Spend More Strategically” appeared in the recent issue of BPM Magazine. Companies spend a lot of time on big CapEx projects, but there is significant discretionary OpEx which can and should be managed as part of a corporate portfolio management effort.
